Laser dispersion prism

Laser dispersion prism usable in a laser cavity that operates even with very low gain laser transitions.

Laser dispersion prisms can be used in laser cavities that operate with very low gain laser transitions, where even slight reflection losses are unacceptable. - Separates light by wavelength - Entrance and exit beams pass at Brewster's angle Customization is also possible with various coatings, cutting, edging, and drilling.

List of dispersive prisms

Short delivery time with stock sales! All items available for sale from just one piece.

Edmund Optics offers a wide range of optical elements in stock, including dispersion prisms. The dispersion prisms from Edmund Optics are available either uncoated or with anti-reflective/reflection-enhancing coatings. We also offer dispersion prisms made from multiple substrate materials suitable for infrared (IR) applications. The substrate materials for infrared (IR) include calcium fluoride (CaF2), germanium (Ge), or zinc selenide (ZnSe). Calcium fluoride (CaF2), a low refractive index material, has exceptional transparency in the range of 0.19 to 7 μm. It is suitable for use from ultraviolet (UV) to infrared (IR). Germanium (Ge), a high refractive index material, is ideal for maximizing transparency in the range of 3 to 12 μm. Zinc selenide (ZnSe) is commonly used in the range of 1 to 16 μm and is suitable for use with CO2 lasers. For more details, please visit the official Edmund Optics website via the link below.
